Taipei City Police Department

The 2025 Zhuzihu Calla Lily and Hydrangea Festival is currently taking place from March 14 to June 22 (a total of 101 days). To maintain traffic order in the Zhuzihu area and surrounding roads, the Taipei City Police Department deploys officers to direct traffic, enforce parking regulations, and tow illegally parked vehicles. Additionally, traffic control measures will be implementing on weekends and holidays at the following locations, with adjustments based on real-time traffic conditions in the Yangmingshan area:

1.Uphill Traffic Control Locations (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)：

(1)Yangde Boulevard & Zhicheng Road Intersection

(2)Fulin Road & Zhongyong Street Intersection

Only vehicles with valid permits are allowed access.

Special Adjustment: On March 15 and 16, to align with the Yangmingshan Flower Festival, the control period is extended from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

2.Downhill Traffic Control Locations (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

(1) Yangming Road & Zhongheng Street Intersection

(2) Gezhi Road & Guanghua Road Intersection

Traffic control measures are adjusted based on real-time congestion on Yangde Boulevard.

3.Zhuzihu Area Road Control Measures (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

(1)Hutian Bridge to Zhongzheng Mountain via Calla Lily Boulevard: One-way clockwise traffic control is enforced.

(2)Dinghu Section: One-way traffic only, U-turns are prohibited.

The Taipei City Police Department urges visitors to take public transportation due to limited parking space in the area. This will help avoid parking difficulties and reduce traffic congestion. Additionally, drivers are advised to listen to Police Broadcasting Service for real-time road conditions, plan alternative routes in advance, and follow instructions from on-duty officers and traffic volunteers. Illegal parking is strictly prohibited to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety.
